Firstly, Schneider and Pampel’s (2025) open dataset of Open Science dashboards (n=58). Secondly, the list of Open Science monitors curated by the Open Science Monitoring Initiative (n=73)”. This double stake highlights the ambiguity of OA monitors, which have both epistemic aims (empirically documenting academic publishing) and more normative policy objectives”.
